Are You Lazy?

Without outside push, we can hardly finish our work on time. To grow taller is not a homework that we have to give to our teacher on time, nor a task that we have to show to our boss. We are responsible to ourselves, therefore we easily forgive our laziness.

Can I be your teacher to push you harder? I require you to hand in your homework everyday at noon, which is two sections of practice. And I require you to grow a certain inches in a year.

I know sometimes being lazy can be corrected by just changing something small. For example, you probably go to sleep in the middle of your practice, so why don’t you have your alarm or cell-phone to remind you when your practice finishes. If you were asleep then, you may consider to restart.

Another important thing is to design what you are going to do in your mind first. When you start to practice, you tell yourself that you are going to be awake for half an hour and you will grow half an inch in this half an hour practice. Your body will gradually be used to your order. By the same way, you keep on telling yourself that you will finish your job of growing a certain height in a year.

Never be lazy and give up even when you do not see any change, because not being lazy and giving up means you are moving upward.
