Deep Breathing

Deep breathing is essential for growth. It wakes your whole body deeply. One thing scientifically speaking is to bring more oxygen to the body. Your blood circulation, nerve system, etc, all respond more than shallow breathing. When you inhale, you make sure that your chest expanding. If you want, you can hold your breath for a few seconds. This can tighten your stomach muscle and improve the blood circulation in your head. Finally when you exhale deeper and slower, you offer more energy to your body. Soon, you will find your body, especially your legs will respond more actively when you practice at night. You can feel electricity like energy moving inside your legs and your legs extending forward more.

Deep breathing should be done in a natural and slow way. If you put too much attention to it you may get some tension in some parts of your body.

During the day, you can practice it whenever you remember: deep breath. It will make you feel better. So from now on you should put more time doing deep breathing.

I know it is hard to do it all the time, of course you prefer the easy way. And it is not easy to remember to do it during the day. That is why I put some extra words here to remind you and I will remind you again and again.
